6月15日，林芳所在幼儿园以“隐瞒贫血病史”为由，正式通知解聘。林芳随即向海沧区教育局提请复核，并在海沧区教育局工作人员陪同下，再次前往厦门市中医院检查，血常规化验结果显示不贫血。28日，海沧区教育局作出维持解聘的决定，其依据为《福建省教师资格申请人员体检标准》中“血液系统疾病不合格”的相关条款。
